Proposed deletion of Designpex

The article Designpex has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

I have no idea what this article is supposed to be. Not sure if it's a cut-and-paste move, a recreation of a deleted page, a copyright violation, or just a poorly written article. In any sense, this should either be deleted or moved to the draft space
