December 2020[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Materialscientist. I wanted to let you know that I reverted one of your recent contributions—specifically this edit to Classical element—because it did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Help desk. Thanks. Materialscientist (talk) 17:18, 7 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add original research or novel syntheses of published material to articles as you apparently did to Classical element. Please cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. Thank you. Materialscientist (talk) 17:27, 7 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Eridian314 and Materialscientist: No comment on whether the Dan Lusthaus source is reliable (he does have a Wikipedia article) but it does exist online and is referred to in several books from unarguably reliable publishers including this one from Oxford University Press. I've expressed the opinion multiple times on the article talk page that Buddhism and other Eastern religions don't belong in this article at all, but having said that, I don't think we should be rejecting sources just because the editor has not properly linked to them.
