Ossan's Love moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, Ossan's Love, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Understood. Thanks for the handling. --Luminoxius (talk) 20:25, 11 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Copying from Mydramalist

[edit]

Hi. A recent edit you made to Best of Times (2009 film)‎ appeared to copy the plot summary from Mydramalist; I have removed it. I know that site is also a user-contributed wiki, but the edit history is not publicly visible, so I can't tell if you were also the original contributor there. If that is actually the case, feel free to restore the edit, and clearly note the fact that you previously contributed the text to Mydramalist in the edit summary. If not, please refrain from copying text from non-free sources, and check your past contributions for such edits. Thank you. --Paul_012 (talk) 09:42, 2 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

The paragraph in question has been used on multiple third-party sites, the one you mentioned included, which I assumed is the official language and used as such. Since I cannot verify the actual source, I do not disagree with the reversion. Thanks for the note. --Luminoxius (talk) 03:17, 3 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
A belated FYI: Text from official promotional material would also be copyrighted, though, so even text from official sources may not be directly copied into Wikipedia. --Paul_012 (talk) 16:02, 21 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Pokémon GO

[edit]

Hi, the Pokémon Go Battle League has it's own article, the Pokémon GO Battle League, so I have added that to the Gameplay section, adding on to your Go Battle League gameplay feature.

Also note that the article was in draftspace and was moved by Rich Smith after reviewing it.

Good to know. --Luminoxius (talk) 20:25, 11 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

While the "meanings" of their names do correspond to something but it seems to be an WP:ORIGINAL as it does not cite a credible source. And also, while the part about the selling point combining the "BL holy trinity" of GMMTV can be placed in a "Production" section or maybe "Reception", but ATP's role as "narrator of this series" because of partially narrating also Theory of Love seems to be also WP:ORIGINAL. — Emperork (talk) 22:56, 28 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Emperork: (1) The meaning of the characters' names should be self-explanatory to audience who read Thai. The meaning of one of the names, Watee, is implied within the series (by the narrator) and thus even more self-explanatory. My understanding is this type of content could be filed under the attributable-but-not-necessarily-attributed category. If my understanding is not correct, is a link to the specific entry in an online dictionary considered a reliable source? (2) Addition of a Production section is a good suggestion. As for the narrator role, I found it obvious and did not realize a source may still be needed under this circumstance, but I agree that it could be debatable and better wait for sources. --Luminoxius (talk) 02:26, 29 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

The article SOTUS: The Series soundtrack has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No indication WP:notability of the music used in the series. Anything that is notable can be mentioned (and referenced) in the article on the series and a separate article is not needed.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. noq (talk) 22:31, 26 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
