Hi, thanks for message. Your article has been deleted three times by two different admins within a week, so there is something wrong. I deleted your article because

  • you concentrate on telling us the services that the company sells, the countires it sells thm in and the awards it has won, which is spammy. There is no history, no financial stuff like turnover or profits. You have awards, but no reports of criticiams or negative publicity
  • Examples of unsourced claims presented as fact include: close to 37,000 employees under its wing... provides services to a variety of industries like Healthcare, BFSI, Technology, Travel & Hospitality, Telecom and Retail among others... built a base on offering a variety of services... ISG – Top 10 Service Providers... Excellence in Diversity and Inclusion – SHRM HR Awards 2014... Best Company in USA – Indo-American Chamber of Commerce
  • The article is largely a series of lists without wikilinks or references, and looks as if was copied from an unknown and possibly copyrighted source.
  • You appear to have a conflict of interest when it comes to editing articles about this subject. If, after reading the information about notability linked above, you still believe that your organisation is notable enough for a Wikipedia article (and that there is significant coverage in reliable, independent secondary sources), you could, if you wish, post a request at Wikipedia:Requested articles for the article to be created. See also Wikipedia:Best practices for editors with conflicts of interest.

For obvious reasons, articles about companies are subject to close scrutiny because of the potential for misuse as promotion. This meets the typical pattern: largely unsourced, possibly copied, and with little content other than "this is what we sell... this is where we sell it... these are our great leaders... and we have won these awards (but never been criticised)". I hope this clarifies Jimfbleak - talk to me? 10:38, 24 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Aegis limited, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. reddogsix (talk) 05:23, 6 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
