Do not[edit]

The Iraq Football National team page is not a tournament report, please do know there is another page for the Asian Cup tournament, and there is a summery for the tournament. Mussav 23:31, 24 September 2007 (UTC) I just signed up with wikipedia yesterday. I am new to this. Thankyou for telling me about what you can write on the page.

You are welcome[edit]

You are welcome bro, btw if you like to discuss anything click on the "Discussion" in the Iraq National Football team page, and you can discuss anything you want and if you have Ideas and opinions, the Moderatos may like it, to me I liked your Idea about posting the summery of the Asian Cup in Iraq National Football team page but please do discuss it before doing it on the Discussion page. One more thing you can write you signature by typing ~~~~. Mussav 02:00, 26 September 2007 (UTC)

Arbil FC[edit]

Salam Mo! Great job on the Arbil FC page, but I don't understand what you mean like other wiki pages? Can you give me an example? I thought you couldn't fix it properly, thus I intervined. Have a nice day. Chaldean (talk) 18:04, 7 January 2008 (UTC)

License tagging for Image:AFCCLSLogo.gif[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:AFCCLSLogo.gif. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

Arbil[edit]

I did look at Sevilla FC, the reason European clubs are like that is because there are multiple European-based competitions the clubs participiate in. For example The Championship League and the Euro Cup. BUT, Iraqi clubs only participate in ONE Asian competition and only ONE arab competition. The way your doing it is outright taky. Chaldean (talk) 15:53, 9 January 2008 (UTC)

The current article of Arbil FC's page (the last reversion by Chaldean) is flawless, I took a look on the page's history and all I have seen is an improper sorting of the Recent History section. Mussav (talk) 23:02, 9 January 2008 (UTC)

Hey Mo, I have been monitering your work on Arbil FC actually and I think your doing really a good job. Keep up the good work. perhaps you can find some history information about the club you can add to the article. Let me know if you need help. Chaldean (talk) 02:15, 19 April 2008 (UTC)

Actually Mo, we do have alot of work to do. If you can, it would be great if you could finish the Iraq_Super_League_2004-05 page. As you can see, I finished the group stage, but if you could also do the next rounds, it would be great. The information for it can be found here [[1]]. Chaldean (talk) 14:22, 19 April 2008 (UTC)

Speedy deletion of Iraq supar league 2008-09[edit]

Nuvola apps important.svg

A tag has been placed on Iraq supar league 2008-09 requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. Rnb (talk) 22:23, 22 April 2008 (UTC)

Changes of division[edit]

Clubs change division at the official start date of the new season. If the FA and the Football league say that Reading are in the Premier League and that Stoke are not, then Wikipedia must say the same. The fact that you know that this will not be the case next season does not change present reality. Kevin McE (talk) 21:14, 12 May 2008 (UTC)

Catherine Zeta-Jones[edit]

Hey, what is it that you are trying to do with this article, maybe I can lend a hand? Your last couple edits to it were not very helpful, so I have reverted them. BigNate37(T) 19:56, 11 January 2009 (UTC)

Notability of Thayer Ahmad[edit]

Ambox warning pn.svg

A tag has been placed on Thayer Ahmad requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article, which appears to be about a real person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable. If this is the first page that you have created, then you should read the guide to writing your first article.

If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the article (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Oniongas (talk) 03:27, 6 May 2009 (UTC)

Salam[edit]

Good to see you're still active :) I just read about Arbil FC. I am truely shocked. You shouldn't have deleted your message thou in the talk page. Because now when people read the Wiki page, they will think we copied it from Arbil's website. So you should put that message back. Iraqi (talk) 08:45, 14 November 2010 (UTC)

Ambox warning yellow.svg

The article Kardo Keyany has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, all newly created biographies of living persons must have at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. Proposed deletion of Alaa Nairouz[edit]

Ambox warning yellow.svg

The article Alaa Nairouz has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Article about a footballer who fails WP:GNG and who has not played in a fully pro league.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist.
