Hello, Moomooocow. Thank you for helping to build Wikipedia-- the world's largest free content encyclopedia. I'm sorry, but  Draft:Itabora Ferreira has been deleted as meeting WP:CSD#G11. "This applies to pages that are exclusively promotional and would need to be fundamentally rewritten to conform with Wikipedia:NOTFORPROMOTION." These must be rewritten from scratch from "reliable, third party sources unconnected to the subject." See WP:RS.

Advertising and using Wikipedia as a "soapbox" are against Wikipedia policy and not permitted. Users who do so may be blocked from editing. Promotional content is vigorously deleted. For more information on content that may be perceived as promotional, click User:Dlohcierekim/promo.

Wikipedia is an encyclopedia-- subjects must meet notability guidelines with reliable sources providing verifiable information. That generally means someone unconnected with the subject needs to have written a great deal about the subject. Please see Wikipedia:Citing sources . Template:cite has templates you can use in citing your sources. Place the template {{references}} at the bottom of the page, and references cited in the text will appear there.

and now a word about reliable sources

I looked at the links you added. None of the one's I saw mentioned the subject. Reliable sources need to treat the subject in a significant way. Alos, it would be help full to include external links to sources that talk about the subject within <nowiki<ref> </ef> tags.</nowiki> These will allow the cites to appear as footnotes a the bottom. As I do not believe your intent was to add spam. I will undelete. Under no circumstances resubmit until its defects have been remedied. Testimonials?

I've removed the testimonials. Seriously, what instruction did your teacher give as to creating encyclopedia articles? Not deleting this is a limited time offer. The more the content sinks in, the more I feel I erred in restoring it. In summation

• There were external links on the page that did not mention the subject at all. Of course they cannot serve as WP:reliable sources.
• There was content on the page with no source at all. Please read WP:BLP. Content needs to be sourced.
• There was an external link to web content connected with the subject. This can be used for some content, but will not establish meeting WP:notability
• The bulleted lists may or may not increase the resume appearance.
• Testimonials, mission/focus statements, some quotes can make the page look very promotional. For more info on that, see User:dlohcierekim/promo
• Please see WP:REFB for help with referencing.
