Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

Article recreation

[edit]

I've deleted the page because ultimately the page was previously deleted at AfD and considered to not be notable enough to warrant an article. In order to re-create the page you would first have to make an appeal to User:J04n, who closed the AfD. If he declines to restore it, you will then have to go through deletion review and request that the AfD decision be overturned. You will have to give coverage to show how this product line now passes notability guidelines, which can only be done through reliable sources that discuss the product itself in-depth, such as newspaper articles and reviews. You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for advertising or self-promoting in violation of the conflict of interest and notability guidelines. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 06:47, 22 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
  • I've blocked you because as far as I can see, your main purpose here was to try to write articles about Keranique Hair Care products. These pages were repeatedly deleted in the past and I even warned you back in February 2015 that you should not try to recreate these without going through AfC. You did make an attempt to use AfC, but the page was declined because it read like an advertisement and had issues with sourcing. When you tried recreating it in March, it still had the exact same issues that led to its decline at AfC and its deletion at AfD. At this point you had to have been aware that both of these things would be problematic, yet you added this to the mainspace anyway. You've made a handful of other edits, but by large your main purpose here seems to be to promote Keranique and I have to assume that if left unblocked you would continue on in this path. There is a chance that you can be unblocked, but you'd need to do the following:
  1. Declare your conflict of interest (WP:COI). I did not warn you about this last time, but by now it seems clear that you are likely someone who was paid or otherwise asked to create an article on this product line. You must declare your COI. I must warn you: if you are unblocked and we suspect that you do have a COI and you are not being truthful, you will be reblocked with little to no chance of any further unblocks. I'll be very honest here: I am almost completely certain that you have a COI so I would find it very difficult to believe that you do not have a COI in this case. If you do not have a COI you will need to explain why you continually tried to create the same article over and over again, under different titles and always with promotional content and buzzwords. These are not normal actions for someone who does not have a COI.
  2. Show how you will edit Wikipedia in a positive manner if you are unblocked.
  3. Do not make any direct edits on topics with which you have a COI. If you want to create an article it must be created through AfC rather than direct creation.
  4. You must stop trying to re-add articles on Keranique to Wikipedia. This is one of the most important requirements, other than disclosing your COI. You would be able to request its creation, but that would be about it. You've written too many promotional versions for me to think that you would be able to edit neutrally on this topic. Notability for the product is also a factor, since you still have not provided enough to show where it would overturn the prior AfD and deletions.
If you can do the above, you might be unblocked. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 06:59, 22 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
