November 2013

Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Mercury Villager may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "()"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

List of unpaired brackets remaining on the page:
  • ] plant in [[Avon Lake, Ohio]]. It was Mercury's first of only two minivan models it ever featured (before the [[Mercury Monterey (minivan)|2004-07 Mercury Monterey]]. In spite of Mercury's tradition

Order of contents

Hi there ZASTAVAFAN, AL "here",

please keep in mind that, in some cases, personal life of a footballer does not have anything to do with football. So, it should be the very last thing on the list of contents, the football things coming first of course.

Attentively, sorry for any inconvenience (for example any exaggeration on my edit summary). --AL (talk) 22:44, 19 November 2013 (UTC)

  • No re-reply, seems you did take offense at my reversion/summary, apologize once again but can't be doing it all the time as you may imagine. What i can and will do is propose a discussion at WP:FOOTY, whatever results emerge from there i will abide by.

Cheers --AL (talk) 23:35, 19 November 2013 (UTC)

If you notice the last opinion, it states "Where the subject's personal life goes is dependent on the person. Our suggested layout works best for persons who are famous primarily or exclusively for their football careers. My preference in this case is for an "early life" section before the football stuff, and a "personal life" section before the stats blocks." So, as we stand, Bruma's article is not wrong, and i've complied with the fact that honours should come after statistics.

That said, if you want to continue unresponsive there's nothing i can do about it, i apologized (here i go again!) for anything that might have been viewed as a "wrongdoing in words", and am trying my best. Take care --AL (talk) 16:25, 20 November 2013 (UTC)

Your message on my talk page suggests that you have completely ignored the advice from User:Always Learning and the suggestions at WT:FOOTY. The order of the sections at Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo and Zinedine Zidane is pretty irrelevant to the situation at Wayne Rooney, but thank you for informing me of the incorrect order in those articles. – PeeJay 22:02, 10 December 2013 (UTC)

Re:How do I do this on my userpage?

The code looks fine (of course it does :) ), but the subpage does not exist yet. Once you create it an copy the barnstars, it should work... GregorB (talk) 21:54, 25 January 2014 (UTC)

Should be fine now. I needed to purge the page (WP:PURGE). GregorB (talk) 23:13, 26 January 2014 (UTC)

Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did to Miloš Krstić. This contravenes Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. GiantSnowman 17:44, 23 February 2014 (UTC)

Yes, most of your edits were fine, with references supporting what you said - though you did introduce un-encyclopedic material (the section about the free kick), POV (i.e. describing a club as "ambitious"), as well as unreferenced information (i.e. the Thun stats, which I have since corrected). Because it is such a short article, I don't think headers bring anything to it but if you wish to re-introduce them I won't challenge you. We should be able to work together to make this a better article/encyclopedia. GiantSnowman 18:11, 23 February 2014 (UTC)
Yep, go ahead for the headings. As for the free kick, again that is your personal view that it was an important goal, or an important match. It does not appear to have been covered in any reliable, third-party sources. If you are able to find sources which cover the goal in detail then we could consider adding a small section back. GiantSnowman 18:40, 23 February 2014 (UTC)
I have removed the maintenance tags; many thanks for adding the new references. GiantSnowman 12:41, 24 February 2014 (UTC)

Kolarov Image

My mistake on the year difference. I still think the headshot/quality are better enough, however, to merit that image being the lede. Out of curiosity, how do you know it is copyrighted? It says "This file is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 Unported license." I don't have too much knowledge of that. This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of History of FK Vojvodina, and it appears to include material copied directly from http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sp5MMIRASVk.
