A tag has been placed on File:Mayor Shane Bemis.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. this block is no longer necessary because I now understand why I was blocked (using verbatim text from a bio posted online) so I will no longer make that mistake and I will be able make productive contributions instead.
