Disambiguation link notification for November 23
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Lorraine Segato, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Hamilton. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

File:Joe Greene 1968.jpg
[edit]Hi PascalHD. I noticed that you changed the copyright license of File:Joe Greene 1968.jpg from {{non-free historic image}} to {{PD-Canada-Crown}}. This has caused the file to be flagged with {{Wrong license}} by a bot because there's a conflict between the non-free content use rationale on the file's page and the PD license. If you feel the file is truly PD and no longer or never needed to be treated as non-free content, then that's fine. If someone disagrees with your assessment, they will likely restore the non-free license. In the meantime, you can resolve the "Wrong license" problem by replacing the non-free use rationale template currently on the file's page with {{Information}}. You should do this whenever changing a license from non-free to PD or some other free license to avoid bots tagging the file in question with wrong license. Moreover, if you feel the file meets the conditions pf WP:MTC, you can also add {{Copy to Wikimedia Commons}} to the file's page. -- Marchjuly (talk) 02:15, 24 January 2023 (UTC)
File:Paulmartinsr.jpg
[edit]Basically, you did the same thing for File:Paulmartinsr.jpg that you did above for #File:Joe Greene 1968.jpg. If you're going to start converting licenses from non-free to PD, you need to be more careful and make sure you also replace the non-free use rationale so that you don't start creating a conflict that others are going to need to try and figure out. -- Marchjuly (talk) 03:25, 24 July 2023 (UTC)
- @Marchjuly apologies, fixed it. PascalHD (talk) 04:50, 24 July 2023 (UTC)

Draft:J.J. McCullough
[edit]Hello Pascal. I found your page via Jamil Jivani. I'm looking for feedback to improve the draft about political commentator and youtuber Draft:J.J. McCullough. It's been rejected a few times, but I wouldn't say the first attempts were by people who made a decent effort. When I asked for feedback from wiki editors, I was told by a couple of editors they would not offer feedback because the subject was too political. Hope you might be interested in giving it a read. Count3D (talk) 23:50, 4 February 2024 (UTC)
- I spend the majority of my time at Wikimedia Commons, I'm afraid my Wikipedia knowledge is not as robust/on the same level. However, I see this article has been proposed many times, yet no success. I would encourage to add more reliable, and secondary sources to help prove notability of the subject. PascalHD (talk) 01:19, 5 February 2024 (UTC)
WTC
[edit]Hey, I remember you restored the 2001 photo in the Infobox on the World Trade Center page, on the September 11 article editors are running wild changing photos everywhere without consensus even a gif now in the infobox? I've started a discussion on the September 11 talk page but i have not gone to respond so far. Cena332 (talk) 16:07, 3 May 2024 (UTC)
- The only photos I’ve removed had been copyright violations. I just replaced it with the previously agreed upon photo. I’ll take a look at the discussion. PascalHD (talk) 16:37, 3 May 2024 (UTC)
