Why my article was declined ??????? Planterr (talk) 21:14, 5 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Because an article already exists: Manihot esculenta. According to the source in the article, this is the scientific name. ARandomName123 (talk)Ping me! 21:37, 5 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in Scallion, disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Please read MOS:SENTENCECASE regarding capitalization. There is no reason for this to be a numbered list; pleaes see MOS:LISTBULLET. Please ask the editors at WP:TEAHOUSE for help. Julietdeltalima (talk) 19:59, 6 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not use styles that are nonstandard, unusual, inappropriate or difficult to understand in articles, as you did in Campsis. There is a Manual of Style, and edits should not deliberately go against it without special reason. Please be mindful of encyclopedic tone. "Helpful tips" are not appropriate in an encyclopedia; please read WP:NOTHOWTO. I urge you to ask the editors at WP:TEAHOUSE for assistance. Echeveria 'Barbillion'

[edit]

Hello, I've reverted your addition at Echeveria where you added a new species Echeveria barbillion because it isn't a species, it is a cultivar. There are a lot of rules around naming plants, and that page would be one entry point to the subject. Best wishes, Sminthopsis84 (talk) 23:29, 6 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Edits to various plant articles

[edit]

Hi, I've reverted all of your edits to various plant articles because they consist of either unsourced, WP:NOTHOWTO or redundant content. For example, the scientific classification is already present in Christia obcordata, and all your Cultivations sections read like a guide.

Further, you seem to be exclusively using qooplants.com as a source for all your edits. Is there a reason for this? ARandomName123 (talk)Ping me! 00:55, 7 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

There is no reason just found the article in twitter and i liked the website a lot, i just wanna share more edits and thank you Planterr (talk) 09:59, 7 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked indefinitely

[edit]
Your account has been indefinitely blocked from editing because your account has been used for advertising or promotion, which is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia. Also, your username gives the impression that the account represents a business, organisation, group, or web site, which is against the username policy.

If you intend to make useful contributions instead of promoting your business or organization, you may request unblock and a username change. In your reasons, you must:

  • Disclose any compensation you may receive for your contributions in accordance with the paid-contribution disclosure requirement; and
  • Convince us that you understand the reason for your block and that you will not repeat the kind of edits for which you were blocked; and
  • Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked; and
  • Provide a new username.

To do this, post the text {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here}} at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your proposed new username" with your new username and replace the text "Your reason here" with your reasons to be unblocked.

Please note that the new username you choose cannot already be taken and in use by another account. You can go here to search and see if the username you'd like to choose is available. If the search returns that no global account with that username exists, that means it is available to be taken.

Appeals: If, after reviewing the guide to appealing blocks, you believe this block was made in error, you may appeal it by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your reason here" with the reasons you believe the block was an error, and publish the page.
