Please do not add promotional material to Wikipedia, as you did to List of Cameroonian musicians. While objective prose about beliefs, organisations, people, products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not intended to be a vehicle for soapboxing, advertising or promotion. Thank you. I also appeal for abusing multiple accounts because I though it was the right way to solve the problem of being blocked, but now I have learned my lessons. What are all the other accounts you have created? What do you intend to edit about if unblocked? I agree not to edit Cameroonian Musicians, I also agree not to abuse multiple accounts. The accounts I have created are Prosper Germoh having email as ; prospergermoh3@gmail.com and cgmusicltd having the email; cgmusicltd3@gmail.com . What do you intend to edit about if unblocked, since you are agreeing to not edit about Cameroonian musicians. You also still need to disclose any conflict of interest that you have. Yes by the grace of God, i am a gospel musician in Cameroon with two albums with more than 10 credit tracks to my name so i work in the music ministry. Thank you for your time spend here to hear me out

Am I allowed now to add a page or article that is not yet added but that exists?, like can I create now the page, Prosper Germoh?

If you are saying you want to write about yourself, that would be highly discouraged, according to the autobiography policy written at WP:AUTO.
