Airports in Poland

[edit]

Thank you for your contributions to that area. You may want to list your new creations related to Poland at Portal:Poland/New article announcements, and you may also want to check the Wikipedia talk:Polish Wikipedians' notice board and Wikipedia:WikiProject Airports. I see that you have uploaded at least one photo (Image:Arlamow RWY.gif) - please note that unless a Wikipedia:Image copyright tag is provided, it will be deleted as a copyvio.--Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus Talk 01:34, 6 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

your reverts to the list of airport names in List of airports in Poland

[edit]

Hi there. Why did you revert my updates to the airport names in the table? Some of my changes, like Zielona Góra Airport were more direct references (not redirects); others reflect how the airports call themselves Copernicus Airport Wrocław or Katowice International Airport. You can reply on this page, if you like. -- Mareklug talk 21:03, 6 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hello! Did I revert? To my knowledge, I haven't touched your tables... Don't understand. If have done something by mistake, I apologize, but the only change I did to List of airports in Poland was adding links to [Highway strips in Poland]. -- --Qqerim 21:38, 6 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hello again! I checked the compare-page and it certainly looks that way. I have no idea how it happened. Those airports who appear to be reverted, I simply copied the names from the BROWSE page (NOT the EDIT page) in order to get the links correct for my airport lists, nothing else. I really don't understand why that happened, this is as strange for me as for you. Anyhow, I'll be more careful in the future. =) Please change it back.

Done. I also copied your minor change of adding "are" so it didn't get lost. My explanation is that somehow you ended up in the history page (the "comapre-page", as you called it) and clicked on the date of the revision, and then edited. This caused you to inadvertently revert my changes. There is a warning that is displayed on top of the page in purple background when that happens: You are editing a prior version of this page. If you save it, any changes made since this version will be removed.. Oh well. So it goes. Take care, -- Mareklug talk 04:47, 7 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

The file File:Arlamow RWY.gif has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Small, low resolution. Better alternative available.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.

Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. --Minorax«¦talk¦» 06:09, 20 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
