Wikipedia:Plain_and_simple_conflict_of_interest_guide is a pretty well written guide to managing a conflict of interest. At the end of the day - we ask that you don't write about your own company. Wikipedia is not a directory and the situation might be that your business may not meet our notability guidelines.
