Hi Resonates1234, the subject of your draft article is clearly very notable (after all, he's been awarded an OBE) and there are plenty of good newspaper sources to back it up. I think SwisterTwister may have been concerned by the excessive use of Rickman's "LinkedIn" page - social media should be used sparingly if at all. It would help us if you would give the full details of the Financial Times source, which is behind a paywall. All that being said I've re-submitted it for review. Unfortunately that means I can't accept it and move it to main article space myself, but the waiting list does not seem to be very long so I hope the next reviewer will be sympathetic to your efforts. I've gone ahead and moved your draft article to Wikipedia's main article space. It was rejected by an Articles for Creation reviewer because the citations were incorrectly formatted. This clearly isn't a reason to prevent an article from being published (and it is both wasting your time and mine).

Good luck with your future activity on Wikipedia. You may want to start by finding ways of integrating the Andrew Rickman article into the wider Wikipedia, for example adding links from other articles. Sionk (talk) 22:23, 7 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
