Speedy deletion nomination of Stone Broken
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Stone Broken requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a band or musician, but it does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. [edit]Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to remove speedy deletion notices from pages you created yourself, as you did at Stone Broken, you may be blocked from editing. Zackmann08 (Talk to me/What I been doing) 17:10, 6 August 2016 (UTC)

- Once again you have created this page... Can I suggest trying Articles for Creation instead?? --Zackmann08 (Talk to me/What I been doing) 21:50, 14 August 2016 (UTC)
@Zackmann08: I have created this page because you pointed out that I had not followed the specified guidelines when I attempted to do so previously, so you deleted the page. I created a very basic page this time and ensured I adhered to all the guidelines and followed your advice. Stone Broken is a new British rock band who have received a great deal of press coverage and came runners-up in the 'best new band' category voted for by the biggest National rock radio station in the UK. Their profile is very similar to that of another new band called Inglorious, who have a very similar Wikipedia page which has not been deleted. Could you please clarify if the Stone Broken page has been deleted this time because I have not provided 'credible indication of importance'? Many thanks. Riaft (talk) 12:31, 15 August 2016 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. This is just a note to let you know that I've moved the draft that you were working on to Draft:Stone Broken, from its old location at User:Riaft/sandbox. This has been done because the Draft namespace is the preferred location for Articles for Creation submissions. Please feel free to continue to work on it there. If you have any questions about this, you are welcome to ask me on my talk page. Thank you. -Liancetalk/contribs 14:39, 2 September 2019 (UTC)
