License tagging for Image:0-13-41.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:0-13-41.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 10:04, 25 July 2006 (UTC)

Image tagging for Image:Slater.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Slater.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the source and creator of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the source and creator of the image on the image's description page, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided source information for them as well.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

A tag has been placed on Ryan Slater, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company or website, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable. Although his family members may have notability, your article should emphasize his acting career to make it more suitable for Wikipedia. If you can indicate why Ryan Slater is really notable, I advise you to edit the article promptly, and also put a note on Talk:Ryan Slater. An admin should check for such edits before deleting the article. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Please read our criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 7 under Articles. You might also want to read our general biography criteria. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. To contest the tagging and request that admins should wait a while for you to assert his/her/their notability, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and then immediately add such an assertion. It is also a very good idea to add citations from reliable sources to ensure that your article will be verifiable. - SpLoT 14:47, 8 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Please read WP:BLP. Material such as that which you are attempting to add MUST be sourced. -- Ian Dalziel (talk) 11:26, 15 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Please don't attempt to repeat what you edited but was deleted in Leonardo DiCaprio. You need to do this when you type in a link that refers to a TV show or film. You need to get more detail for movies. Again, please don't edit Leonardo DiCaprio. The stuff you edit will eventually be deleted. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Ginnina (talkcontribs) 13:45, 20 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there, I see you've taken quite a liking to editing Beverley Mitchell. Just one problem though, from what I'm seeing, you're submitting unuseful information. Clearly from what the other contributors are posting in their messages is that she isn't engaged to Michael Cameron anymore. I think what would be best is if you took the time to read the Wikipedia rules page, and revise that we don't accept trolls, especially users trying to pick a fight with someone over an edit on Beverley Mitchell. As always, the sandbox is always open to curious users experimenting their contributions. Just thought, I'd note that to you. Thanks for your time and enjoy Wikipedia!:) --SwisterTwister (talk) 11:28, 20 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Well, originally, I like to have at least three sources when submitting something, so if you could post three sources in your message or even in the biography, that would be good.:) Also, when posting messages on talk pages, please remember to sign your name or use the signature button. Thanks and enjoy Wikipedia!:) -SwisterTwister (talk) 18:28, 20 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not try and start a fight by saying a person is lying or not. If they are lying, they'll be dealt with, so it would be best if you don't start fights. If you continue this behaviour, you will be warned again or blocked. Thank you -SwisterTwister (talk) 03:49, 21 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The reason I doubt they're engaged anymore is that they have been saying they'll get married for the past 3 years. I wouldn't see why you have to wait that long. Just my opinion, please respect it. Also, from what I see, you were trying to start a fight, because you kept saying that random users that edited Beverley and removed the information are lying and covering the truth. Enjoy Wikipedia! --SwisterTwister (talk) 21:20, 21 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Well, the summer isn't over yet. But, if there is still no news of them tying the knot by the end of the summer, I'm taking the information down. I hope you'll agree with me on this. Enjoy Wikipedia and have a wonderful day!:) ---SwisterTwister (talk) 09:53, 22 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Well, I think waiting to see if it really happens is the best thing to do other than debating on this. Have a nice day!:) - --SwisterTwister (talk) 21:50, 22 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 08:29, 21 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for uploading Image:Uj.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Speedy deletion of Image:Uj.jpg

[edit]

A tag has been placed on Image:Uj.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section I9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted images or text borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on [[ Talk:Image:Uj.jpg|the talk page]] explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Adding unsourced personal information: WP:BLP

[edit]

Please do not add unreferenced or poorly referenced information, especially if controversial, to articles or any other page on Wikipedia about living persons, as you did to Jessica Biel. Thank you. Ward3001 (talk) 15:25, 30 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Adding unsourced personal information: WP:BLP, second request

[edit]

Please do not add unreferenced or poorly referenced information, especially if controversial, to articles or any other page on Wikipedia about living persons, as you did to Jessica Biel. Thank you. Ward3001 (talk) 18:30, 30 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Donald Fisher (character), requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the page appears to have no meaningful content or history, and the text is unsalvageably incoherent.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag) and leave a note on the page's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself.

If the page you created was a test, please use the sandbox for any other experiments you would like to do. Feel free to leave a message on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Rocksanddirt (talk) 17:18, 19 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive edits. The next time you disrupt Wikipedia, as you did to Angel Parrish (character), you will be blocked from editing. --VirtualSteve need admin support? 21:33, 20 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for your contributions. One of your recent contributions to Home and Away has been reverted or removed, because it contains speculative or unconfirmed information about a future event. Wikipedia has a policy called Wikipedia is not a crystal ball, which discourages such edits. Please only add material about future events if it is verifiable, ideally by reference to a reliable source. Thank you. Also, please do not remove properly sourced material and replace it with unsourced material.  florrie  23:14, 27 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
