Kalamazoo College men's tennis on Dynasty (sports)

[edit]

Thank you for your recent addition to Dynasty (sports). Although the accomplishments of the Kalamazoo College men's tennis program are quite impressive, and the citations you gave support the specific claims, by long-standing agreement on the talk page of that article, a citation is needed from a reliable source actually referring to the program as a dynasty. I've left the claims on the article for the time being, but marked them as needing additional citation. Thanks, cmadler (talk) 00:45, 13 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed deletion of Great Lakes Premier League

[edit]

The article Great Lakes Premier League has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Rumored league, not actually announced or official yet. No sources as well.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. No problems there, was just trying to streamline, so as not needing to update both pages. ByteofKnowledge (talk) 02:10, 10 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I see what you're saying. I just noticed that most soccer team wiki pages have rosters on them. I think we can handle updating them. Rungladwin (talk) 15:17, 10 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Userpage and categories.

[edit]

I understand that you are keeping the standing of various leagues on your userpage. However that causes problems in that some of those standings automatically come with Categories included. So for example, Category:2017 NPSL season includes the page for the season, several templates, page for the individual teams and your userpage. This is an issue, see WP:USERNOCAT.Naraht (talk) 21:21, 5 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I will take them off. I did not know this was an issue. Sorry about that. Rungladwin (talk) 02:07, 6 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
