Please bear these points in mind while editing Wikipedia:
- Respect copyrights – do not copy and paste text or images directly from other websites.
- Maintain a neutral point of view – this is one of Wikipedia's core policies.
- Take particular care while adding biographical material about a living person to any Wikipedia page and follow Wikipedia's Biography of Living Persons policy. Particularly, controversial and negative statements should be referenced with multiple reliable sources.
- No edit warring or abuse of multiple accounts.
- If you are testing, please use the Sandbox to do so.
- Do not add troublesome content to any article, such as: copyrighted text, libel, advertising or promotional messages, and text that is not related to an article's subject; doing so will result in your account or IP being blocked from editing.
- Do not use talk pages as discussion or forum pages as Wikipedia is not a forum.
The Wikipedia tutorial is a good place to start learning about Wikipedia. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and discussion pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~ (the software will replace them with your signature and the date). Again, welcome! [edit]Hello, Pakstys7. This is your user talk page; the purpose of this page is for notification and communication with other Wikipedia editors. It is not a workspace for articles in progress or self-promotion. Please use your user sandbox or the draft article space to practice editing or create new articles. Thank you. Drm310 🍁 (talk) 14:18, 12 May 2021 (UTC)
Hello, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. This is just a note to let you know that I've moved the draft that you were working on to Draft:Richard Kleiman, from its old location at User:Pakstys7/sandbox. This has been done because the Draft namespace is the preferred location for Articles for Creation submissions. Please feel free to continue to work on it there. If you have any questions about this, you are welcome to ask me on my talk page. Thank you. Curb Safe Charmer (talk) 15:13, 12 May 2021 (UTC)
Please do not add promotional material to Wikipedia, as you did to User talk:Pakstys7. While objective prose about beliefs, organisations, people, products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not a vehicle for soapboxing, advertising or promotion. Thank you. —Bruce1eetalk 17:05, 13 May 2021 (UTC)

[edit]You may request a change of name and unblock if you intend to make useful contributions other than promoting your business or organization. To do this, first search Special:CentralAuth for available usernames that comply with the username policy. Once you have found an acceptable username, post the text {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here}}
at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your proposed new username" with your new username and replace the text "Your reason here" with your reasons to be unblocked. In your reasons, you must:
- Disclose any compensation you may receive for your contributions in accordance with the Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure requirement.
- Convince us that you understand the reason for your block and that you will not repeat the kind of edits for which you were blocked.
- Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked.
{{unblock|Your reason here}}
at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your reason here" with the reasons you believe the block was an error, and publish the page. Request reason:
Pakstys is my last name, I wasn't trying to violate the naming rules. This was a misunderstanding as I thought I was making a draft for 35 Ventures when I was actually editing my talk page. I think you guys thought that I was describing my company in the talk page, which is not the case. I am simply a new Wikipedia editor who got on the wrong side of a misunderstanding.
Decline reason:
One open unblock request at a time, please. — Daniel Case (talk) 19:12, 21 May 2021 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

[edit]I think if you're agreeing to not write about your business or any connected subject we can unblock you. Must consult with @Jimfbleak: --Deepfriedokra (talk) 11:01, 21 May 2021 (UTC)
Please describe what constructive edits you'd make. --Deepfriedokra (talk) 11:03, 21 May 2021 (UTC)
- Deepfriedokra, I think the wording above is a bit vague, and I'd be happier for this editor to make it absolutely clear that they won't write about their company, but, as always, happy to leave it in your capable hands Jimfbleak - talk to me? 12:16, 21 May 2021 (UTC)
Rycka198centimeters (talk) 16:48, 24 May 2021 (UTC)Hi guys, thank you for the name change!
I have zero intention about writing about a company I am employed by or a company I own or to make a page about myself, but to be clear I do intend to make pages 35 Ventures and Rich Kleiman because I think they are famous enough. I am not remotely associated with either and have no intention on violating any Wikipedia rules
Rycka198centimeters (talk) 16:48, 24 May 2021 (UTC) Hello, I don't mean to be impatient, but it's been a short while since I've heard anything regarding my unban and I just want to make sure that I haven't lost my place in line or anything. Once again, I am not working for this company and this is far from advertising. I learned my lesson and it would be amazing to be able to contribute along side you Wikipedia people. Thanks upfront! :)
