Request reason:

I have been blocked. I don’t understand why. I have read the page about this investigation and the explanatory pages but I have not done any such thing. So I don’t understand why the block. And the page says ‘Accused parties may also comment/discuss in this section below’ but, given that I am blocked, I actually cannot do so. For the record, I'll note the technical evidence shows this account and Pandapedia8O0 operating from the same IP address, so you'll need to specifically address that.
