Unreferenced BLPs

Information.svg Hello Seicer! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 2 of the articles that you created are tagged as Unreferenced Biographies of Living Persons. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to insure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. if you were to bring these articles up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 2,745 article backlog. Once the articles are adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the list:

  1. Agni Shridhar - Find sources: "Agni Shridhar" – news · newspapers · books · scholar · HighBeam · JSTOR · free images · free news sources · The Wikipedia Library · NYT · WP reference
  2. Ravi Belagere - Find sources: "Ravi Belagere" – news · newspapers · books · scholar · HighBeam · JSTOR · free images · free news sources · The Wikipedia Library · NYT · WP reference

You have blocked Sven70

I just have talked via Skype with User:Sven70. He told me that he is disabled person suffering with Repetitive strain injury. He is 39 (not teenager) and he is not a hooligan. He just is unable to type well due to his decease.

He has a lot of free time and is eager to contribute to Wikipedia and Wiktionary and he said me that he is discriminated as he is unable to explain his problem. He is unable to write - he want to be listened.

I do not know how to help him. I am not sure if the Wiki projects is a right place for him now. Probably in the future Wiki will understand voice commands.

This message is just an attempt to raise awareness of Administrators about the problem of this user. Just talk with him by Skype: Sven0921 before blocking him. He is unable to answer or protect himself in other way. --Perohanych (talk) 08:51, 11 February 2010 (UTC)

GA Reassessment of Cityscape of Ashland, Kentucky

I have done a GA Reassessment of the Cityscape of Ashland, Kentucky article as part of the GA Sweeps project. I have found a few issues with the article that are not consistent with the current GA Criteria. My review is here. I have put the article on hold for a week pending work, and I am notifying you as the primary editor of the article. I see that you are semi-retired, not sure if you will respond to this, if there is someone else I should contact regarding this please advise. If you have any questions or concerns please contact me on my talk page. H1nkles (talk) 17:53, 11 February 2010 (UTC)

Fair use rationale for File:Ashland Daily Independent Front.jpg

Copyright-problem.svg

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Ashland Daily Independent Front.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 13:11, 2 May 2010 (UTC)
