Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed! Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reason left by Worldbruce was:

This submission's references do not adequately show the subject's notability. Wikipedia requires significant coverage (not just mere mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject—see the guidelines for sports persons and athletes, the golden rule and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue. Please improve the submission's referencing (see Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners and Help:Introduction to referencing/1), so that the information is verifiable, and there is clear evidence of why the subject is notable and worthy of inclusion in an encyclopedia. If additional reliable sources cannot be found for the subject, then it may not be suitable for Wikipedia at this time.

The comment the reviewer left was:

The documentary is described as a piece intended to promote windsurfing, and to be shown to passengers of Air Tahiti Nui (her sponsor), so it does not indicate notability. Neither does the Sports Tahiti interview, which is little more than Zampieri in Zampieri's words. The La Dépêche de Tahiti is a start towards significant coverage in independent secondary sources, but is not sufficient to pass WP:GNG.

Having placed 20th (or 18th, sources vary) in the PWA World Cup 2017 is a good year, but not convincing evidence of notability. There's no bright-line guideline for when sailors are notable, but existing articles on female windsurfers are about Olympic participants or those who have finished in the top three in major world, regional, or national competitions.

If the community's sense of notability were broad enough for this to be likely to survive WP:AFD, then I would expect to see many many more articles in the scope of windsurfing than actually exist, such as ones on Marion Mortefon, Moeata Boosie, and indeed the Professional Windsurfers Association and its championships. More may yet be written about her in independent, reliable source, but for now, this is WP:TOOSOON for an article.
