Speedy deletion nomination of Draft:FIAlab Instruments[edit]

There have been two problems with this account: the account has been used for advertising or promotion, which is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia, and your username indicates that the account represents a business or other organisation or group or a web site, which is also against policy, as an account must be for just one person. Because of those problems, the account has been blocked indefinitely from editing.

Request reason:

I do understand that I was blocked because my creation of the page for FIALab Instruments was considered to be promotional. However, I do believe that the page should exist and would be informative. I also used citations for much of the information on there. Can you explain how you would like it to be done? I would have much prefered that you had given me feedback and allowed me to edit it rather than delete the page entirely. That seems counter to an editorial process.

Request reason:

I reviewed the links you suggested about promotional material. I thought that I was not being promotional by using factual language and citing my sources but I see now that also my closeness to the topic gives me a bias to the material. I am requesting to be unblocked again so that I may continue using my Wikipedia account if I would like to add to other pages that I know about. I have done that and enjoyed doing that. However, I will not use it to make another page for FIAlab Instruments.
