Yes, it appears you're blocked from Wikidata but not here. We can do nothing about blocks on Wikidata ... you'll have to make your request over there.

As for the IP, it's not presently blocked either although it has been for short periods in the past as an open proxy. If you wish that those blocks not affect you, it's probably better that you go to WP:IPECPROXY and follow those instructions to request IP block exemption by email (although to be fair I think that would be an uphill battle given your issues at Wikidata). — Daniel Case (talk) 22:39, 4 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
