Thank you. (TheHorror TheHorror (talk) 13:13, 26 May 2021 (UTC))[reply]

Hi, Blablubbs. I made my first registered-editor edits today at Tim Lucas. Could you look at it and tell me how I did? I did something wrong with the dates but I can't figure out what. I added footnotes and I did make sure not to have all-capital-letters in them. I did read The five pillars of Wikipedia. Thank you!--TheHorror TheHorror (talk) 21:32, 2 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hello?--TheHorror TheHorror (talk) 22:03, 5 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

A cup of coffee for you!

[edit]
You did a solid article build at Bloodthirsty (2020 film)! The diff shows that before, there was hardly content there and after, you summarized the plot, matched characters to the cast, summarized the production from citations, then presented the reception in the conventional Wikipedia style. Everything about the way you did this works. Thanks for giving it a go and thanks for checking in with your results at WP:WikiProject Horror. Come back anytime with ideas and content to share. Oh my God, thank you Blue Rasberry (talk)! That means so much to a newbie like me!!! The Horror, The Horror (talk) 17:04, 3 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I've just expanded Post Mortem: No One Dies in Skarnes. It's the first time I've done a TV-show plot and I think it's OK to give spoilers (Wikipedia:Spoiler) but if I'm wrong, please correct it! The Horror, The Horror (talk) 22:08, 27 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Fan editor research interview

[edit]

Hi, The Horror, The Horror (or is that just "Mr. The Horror"?)! My name is Gen. Quon, and I'm an editor who works largely on pop culture articles. I'm currently also working on my PhD dissertation about the information behaviors of fan editors (here's a more detailed overview of my project, if you are interested). I've been messaging various Wikipedia editors the last few days to see if they might be willing to share their experiences with me. Given your interest in horror, I presume you would call yourself a fan? If so, I was wondering if you'd be interested in chatting with me about your information experiences. The questions will be things like "where do you get info", "how do you determine if this or that info is what you need?, etc.? I'm interviewing a lot of established editors, but I'd also like to get some newer folks in the mix to include all perspectives, and I thought that might make you an additional solid pick. Either way, let me know. Also! I'm more than happy to send over additional details, if you'd like. Thanks!--Gen. Quon[Talk](I'm studying Wikipedia!) 16:48, 11 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

No problem; I totally understand! Interviews can be a right pain to schedule and work out. If you find yourself interested in answering some questions via email, I'd be more than happy to send 'em your way!--Gen. Quon[Talk](I'm studying Wikipedia!) 14:50, 9 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
