Note that taking an image of a picture in a book would be no different than sitting in a movie theater recording a film being shown, and then selling copies claiming it is your film. Yes, you shouldn't do that. The copyright belongs to the original photographer whether you can identify them or not, unless the photo is old enough to be in the public domain(doubtful as he does not seem old enough) 331dot (talk) 11:00, 26 December 2023 (UTC)

@331dot thanks for your guidance on this, It seems I misunderstood the Wikipedia terms regarding photo uploads, particularly in cases where the original photographer is not identifiable. I regret any oversight on my part, and I'm fully committed to rectifying this mistake.
