Indiana Newspaper Bibliography) cannot be found in a Google Books search, and, if actually written in 1804, seems an unlikely source for a newspaper founded in 1897. Failing these verifications, there is little evidence that this is a notable newspaper.

The Indiana newspaper bibliography book citation is too vague to verify without page numbers. Also, that work does not appear to be widely published. Revolvy.com is not a reliable source and it still does not support the content at the citation. Mondo Times is a directory that relies on information supplied by the papers themselves.
