Please do not add promotional material to Wikipedia, as you did with this edit to Anthony William. While objective prose about beliefs, organisations, people, products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not intended to be a vehicle for soapboxing, advertising or promotion. Thank you. I will keep trying to update it as accurately as possible because as of right now it’s not a true reflection of Anthony and his career, and therefore is punishable by law. Legal action, including Libel, will be pursued if there are not detailed steps upon which accurate information can be reflected.

As a technical writer with over 20 years of experience in technical writing writing for technology enterprise companies in Toronto and SF, I think this is a basic customer service tool.

Please advise on how to make the correct adjustments in a bipartisan manor.
