Barnstars

[edit]

Hi, while it is nice to see all of the good things you've been doing to improve Wikipedia, you shouldn't give yourself barnstars for it. Those are given by OTHER Wikipedia editors. TropicalAnalystwx13 (talk) 21:30, 19 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

K thanks. Also, I have a new barnstar being made. I'll tell you what it is when it's ready.WBJB003 | talk 15:22, 20 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

February 2012

[edit]

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at NCIS (season 4). Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been reverted or removed. Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive, until the dispute is resolved through consensus. Continuing to edit disruptively could result in loss of editing privileges. Thank you.

Editing disruptively just so you can reach 2,000 edits, as you stated was your goal on my talk page,[1] is bound to end badly. --AussieLegend (talk) 16:18, 1 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I'll run out of pages to edit if it doesn't get reverted.WBJB003 | talk 17:01, 1 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Block

[edit]

I have blocked you briefly to show that we mean business. This is because you have been editing disruptively just so you can reach 2,000 edits (see above). And have admitted that "this user prefers using userboxes to fill up his/her user page instead of actually writing something useful". I have also taken the liberty of deleting your self-awarded barnstars "just to save space". — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 19:06, 1 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

  • I like that about removing the branstars to save space. But, can you at least allow me to edit my user page? That the least. I just need to change a few things. I'll give you the template to make your username and talk different colors. WBJB003 | talk 19:18, 1 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, you can edit your own talk page - you just did! No, you cannot edit your user page because doing so is not contributing to the development of Wikipedia. Change the few things when the block expires. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 21:09, 1 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Any ads I place here can you move to the top of my user page? Numbers: 1, 4, 8, 24-25, 45, 56, 67, 69, 85, 93, 119-120, 122, 125, 162, 166, 169, 174-176, 214, and 217.
Clearly you can edit your talk page, ore else you would not have been able to make these edits. The reason why you can still edit your talk page is to give you the opportunity to acknowledge that you understand what you were blocked for and try to convince administrators that you will not do it again and instead will edit constructively. Continuing to make the same sort of edits that got you blocked is only likely to get your talk page access revoked for the remainder of the block, which may even be extended, since what you are doing is demonstrating that you have no intention of editing constructively. --AussieLegend (talk) 19:05, 2 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Response to what Aussie Legend put. Well, when I try to add a new topic, I get a spam fliter notice. No matter how many times I click "Save", I still get the same thing.WBJB003 | talk 20:27, 2 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

When does your block expire? Read the log entry. Can I move ads for you? Get real man. I have just noticed WBJB03 (talk · contribs). I propose a very modest target for you that once your block expires at least 50% of your edits must be to pages other than your user and user_talk pages. If you fail to meet this target, I am liable to block you again (and for longer). — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 19:15, 2 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Can you please go easy on me? I looked at your page and the picture said "What? Me bite the newbies? Actually, I will admit to growling at them a bit more than a good dog ought to do." [1] and I spoke to a lawyer and he said "Blokcing someone for a couple of hours on Wikipedia would be considered as growling, but repeatedly blocking that same person is biting as well as abusing your ability." (The lawyer who I spoke to specifically is classified under the Classification Rule) Not everyone is like you, having adim powers. I also heard that if you abuse your adim powers on Wikipedia, you will lose those said powers. So, please go easy on me. Or, nobody will be happy.WBJB003 | talk 20:29, 2 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
The only person unlikely to be happy is you. --AussieLegend (talk) 20:47, 2 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I have been going easy - Rlendog and MuZemike blocked you indefinitely for behaviour similar to what you have been doing under this account name. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 21:52, 2 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Come on. I'm a student in high school. The site I'm usually on is blocked. If you block mehere then I have nothing to do I'll be bord for 43 minutes! I don't want that to happen. Can you please give me another chance?WBJB003 | talk 15:19, 3 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Help me

[edit]

find out what's wrong with the bottom two ads on my user page.

Fixed, or at least improved, with this edit. -- John of Reading (talk) 22:28, 3 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
