[edit]Hello, I'm GorillaWarfare. I wanted to let you know that I removed one or more external links you added to Henry Kulka because they seemed inappropriate for an encyclopedia. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page or take a look at our guidelines about links. Thank you. Disputed non-free use rationale for File:Photo of original model made by Henry Kulka of Josephine Baker House (unrealized).jpg
[edit]Thank you for uploading File:Photo of original model made by Henry Kulka of Josephine Baker House (unrealized).jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this file on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the file description page and adding or clarifying the reason why the file qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your file is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for files used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale.
If it is determined that the file does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator seven days after the file was tagged in accordance with section F7 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.
This bot DID NOT nominate any file(s) for deletion; please refer to the page history of each individual file for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 01:00, 14 June 2020 (UTC)
Image without license
[edit]Unspecified source/license for File:Villa Holzner Raumplan, Czech Republic designed and realised by Henry Kulka in 1937.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Villa Holzner Raumplan, Czech Republic designed and realised by Henry Kulka in 1937.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time after the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}}
(to release all rights), {{self|cc-by-sa-4.0}}
(to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by MifterBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. NOTE: Once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. --MifterBot (Talk • Contribs • Owner) 01:45, 14 June 2020 (UTC)
Orphaned non-free image File:Photo of original model made by Henry Kulka of Josephine Baker House (unrealized).jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Photo of original model made by Henry Kulka of Josephine Baker House (unrealized).jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 02:41, 15 June 2020 (UTC)
File permission problem with multiple files
[edit]Thanks for uploading several files, as listed below. I noticed that while you provided valid a copyright licensing tag, there are no proofs that the creators of the files have agreed to release them under the given license.

If you are the copyright holder for the media entirely yourself but have previously published them elsewhere (especially online), please either
- make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
- Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.
If you did not create them entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the files to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owners of the files have already given their permission to you via email, please forward the emails to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.
If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described in section F11 of the criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to read Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ntx61 (talk • contribs) 15:19, 15 June 2020 (UTC)
File source problem with File:Villa Khuner, Eastern façade, Kreutzberg, Semmering, Austria in 1930.jpg
[edit]Thank you for uploading File:Villa Khuner, Eastern façade, Kreutzberg, Semmering, Austria in 1930.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. Please add this information by editing the image description page.
If the necessary information is not added within the next seven days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.
Please refer to the image use policy to learn what images you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. Please also check any other files you have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads. If you have any questions or are in need of assistance please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. buidhe 23:55, 15 June 2020 (UTC)

Non-free rationale for File:Halberstam House, Campbell Street, Karori, Wellington, New Zealand. Designed by Henry Kulka in 1948. South East facing interior lounge view.jpeg
[edit]Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Halberstam House, Campbell Street, Karori, Wellington, New Zealand. Designed by Henry Kulka in 1948. South East facing interior lounge view.jpeg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.
If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described in section F6 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

[edit]Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to remove file deletion tags from file description pages on Wikipedia without resolving the problem that the template refers to, as you did at File:Halberstam House, Campbell Street, Karori, Wellington, New Zealand. Designed by Henry Kulka in 1948. South East facing interior lounge view.jpeg, you may be blocked from editing. Edits of this type may be considered vandalism. -FASTILY 00:59, 15 July 2020 (UTC)
Thanks for your message Fastily though I am uncertain what you are referring to, I have not removed any deletion tags from the uploaded image rather I have added a non-content rationale (which was required) and appears to have been removed by you. I would like to know why you have done this. Could you please reinstate the non-content rationale I have written, it is a mandatory requirement for the non-free content status of the image.Wasuwatanabe (talk) 03:53, 15 July 2020 (UTC)
