Disputed fair use rationale for Image:PBM Products Logo.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:PBM Products Logo.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 17:10, 29 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit]Welcome
[edit]Welcome back to Wikipedia. To find out how to make useful contributions, take a look at the welcome page. To stay in Wikipedia, an article has to be about something notable, that is, of general interest. Click on Notability for an explanation of what that means, and on Notability (organizations and companies) for more detail. Also, it must give independently verifiable sources. Articles that don't meet these requirements are likely to be deleted. Follow the links below to learn more:
- To find out more about creating articles, read the Introduction and the Guide to creating your first article.
- You should not write articles about yourself, your band, or your best friend - that's a conflict of interest.
- Wikipedia is not an advertising service. Before writing about your own product business, read Business' FAQ.
- For experiments, please use the sandbox.

A tag has been placed on A-Soy Adult Soy Drink, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising that only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the general criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 11, as well as the guidelines on spam.
If you can indicate why the subject of this article is not blatant advertising, you may contest the tagging. To do this, please add {{hangon}}
on the top of A-Soy Adult Soy Drink and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would help make it encyclopedic, as well as adding any citations from reliable sources to ensure that the article will be verifiable. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. JohnCD (talk) 20:14, 24 June 2008 (UTC)
- Comparison to Boost (drink) isn't apt (that article makes a claim regarding news coverage, this one reads like a pure ad with no references, no claim of significance, and no apparent news coverage herein), you should be using WP:PRODUCT (along with related notability guides) when creating an article. Please review WP:Your First Article before creating an article like this again. – Zedla (talk) 21:21, 24 June 2008 (UTC)
- Sorry about the inadvertent reference (and my delay in replying), my message was about Boost (beverage). An article can still be deleted even if everything is referenced when there is no claim as to why the subject is important and belongs on wikipedia. (see WP:NOT) You may want to sample some of the discussions at the WP:Articles for Deletion process, you can always nominate the Boost article if you feel it might be a candidate for deletion and a sampling may provide some insight into how notability in wikipedia terms is considered. If you have further questions you may get a quicker response at the WP:Help Desk (or adding {{helpme}} on this page). I won't be able to reply in a timely manner. regards – Zedla (talk) 11:09, 30 June 2008 (UTC)
Proposed deletion of PBM Products
[edit]A proposed deletion template has been added to the article PBM Products, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:
- Notability. Written like an advertisement.
All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because, even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. --aktsu (t / c) 06:08, 4 February 2009 (UTC)
