The Deer Hunter Edit

The Deer Hunter deals with people of Rusyn descent living in the US. The tradtional Rusyn wedding celebration is a key scene in the film. It is certainly not "unconstructive" to correct the erroneous claim, that you have chosen to restore, that the film deals with Russian Americans. The Rusyns come from a few hundred miles to the west, speak a different language and have different practices. Hi Sohambanerjee. STiki is pretty easy to use. The main thing is to understand the difference between vandalism and good-faith, yet unconstructive edits that need to be reverted. When you log in, you see the latest version of the page on the right side, and the previous version on the left. On the left side you also see the classification options. If you are unsure about some edits, press "pass", and that edit will be passed to another STiki user to decide. If there is nothing wrong with the edit, you press "innocent". That's pretty much it. You should also read Wikipedia:STiki and the corresponding talk page; there are helpful people around if you have any issues with the program. Widr (talk) 12:23, 20 November 2013 (UTC)
