Don't worry about the notice at the top of this page - you placed the {{move draft}} template on the talk page as well as the article, another editor noticed what seemed to be a request to move an empty page. I have sorted it out.

I have not moved the draft to the mainspace, because you need to provide some independent references to establish notability, a requirement to have a Wikipedia article, which is not a matter of opinion but needs to be demonstrated by showing "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject."

Some independent comment would also make the article seem less like a prospectus or advertisement. If you are connected with the organization, you should read the guidelines on Wikipedia:Conflict of interest and Wikipedia:Best practices for editors with conflicts of interest. There is good general advice at WP:Your first article. Regards, JohnCD (talk) 11:57, 24 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

response to your advice[edit]

I have added external links with independent references to the empowerment dynamic to the page and would be happy to provide more. The Empowerment Dynamic, described in David Emerald’s book The Power of TED (The Empowerment Dynamic), is a well respected and often sited theory bridging the relations of transactional analysis and self-leadership studies. Steven Karpman, M.D., originator of the Karpman Drama Triangle, noted, “The Empowerment Triangle is a highly original and effective escape from the Drama Triangle.”

The Empowerment Dynamic is discussed and referenced in blogs, newsletters and publications worldwide, as an alternative to the Drama Triangle, a way of self development and leadership. Yeoviewtoday (talk) 18:42, 25 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Your submission at Articles for creation[edit]

Your nomination at Articles for Creation was declined, and Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/The Empowerment Dynamic was not created. Please do not recreate this article, as it was composed mainly of copyrighted information. Thank you. fetch·comms 00:17, 4 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

appeal for reconsideration[edit]

I do not understand why this has been declined due to copyright. There is a Creative Commons license on the materials. Yeoviewtoday (talk) 17:08, 4 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

July 2010[edit]

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. MrOllie (talk) 17:50, 12 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

My apologies. My repost was an attempt to better describe the connection. Yeoviewtoday (talk) 18:01, 12 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Hello, Yeoviewtoday. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "The Power of TED*".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. Legacypac (talk) 03:04, 11 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
