Mass reversions

[edit]

I see you're bulk-reverting all edits by 24.167.241.112 - I can think of a few reasons why one might do that but can't figure it out from either of your Talk pages, or contribution history. What's going on? Thanks - JohnInDC (talk) 11:53, 27 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Upazila renaming

[edit]

Hi, I noticed you moved 15 Bangladesh Upazila articles so as to remove that word from their titles, starting with Hizla Upazila on 27 November 2014 (subsequently reverted), and most recently Companiganj Upazila on 27 February 2015. What was your reason for doing so? It seems to go against Wikipedia:Naming conventions (Places in Bangladesh). Has there been a discussion about changing the naming conventions for the Upazila articles, and if so, where? Thanks, Worldbruce (talk) 06:02, 3 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Marc-Antoine Bourdon de Vatry, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Brest (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
