Vehicle registration plates of Lebanon, the plate is on the left side has blue bar like in EU countries (without the 12 golden stars) with the Cedar and Lebanon written in white. The rest of the plate is white, with both Latin and Arabic letters and numbers in black and the name of the country: LIBAN in French and the first letter of the area. Yellow plates used by dealers, while red ones are used by taxis. If the blue bar is red and then that car is owned by a judge.
