WHRE is a Public Radio formatted broadcast radio station licensed to Eastville, Virginia, serving Cape Charles and Northampton County, Virginia.[1] WHRE is owned and operated by Hampton Roads Educational Telecommunications Association, Inc.[3] and is a repeater of sister station WHRV.
