The image is not decorative. The section clearly talks about the Macedonians in Queanbeyan. The article clearly talks about the Macedonian community of Queanbeyan and that is the logo that they have chosen to use for themselves. I believe it enhances the quality of the article. The image is not decorative. The section clearly talks about the Razigrana Makedonka KUD. It would serve of purpose to the users if the KUD's logo is displayed. If you have noticed i have not yet finished the section about the Macedonians in Victoria. The FOMKUDV is an important organisation amongst the Macedonians in Victoria. Yeah. This doesn't really need a full-fledged IFD, though; it could have been brought up at the article's talk page first, and the editor-community there would be pretty easy to talk into getting rid of it. Looks fine to me, the visual impact of a great man and a small biography needs a visual reference. The smallness of his obit is mentioned in each biography, and you don't see how truly small it is until its right in front of you. The visual impact had no effect on Garion96, but it did on me.
