Hi,I want my Wikipedia page to appear on my website too. How can i do that? Please help. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Sanjana puri (talkcontribs) 06:30, 17 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

You're asking in the wrong place, the correct place to ask this kind of question is the help desk. Also, I don't understand your question. There is no Wikipedia article under your name, so I don't know what you mean by "my Wikipedia page". If you want something to appear on your website, don't you just link to it? --Viennese Waltz 07:15, 17 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Linking makes links appear. If you want the content to appear, WikiPops can convert a topic to HTML. InedibleHulk (talk) 11:29, 17 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
  • At the bottom of OP's talk page, I learn that OP created an article that was speedily deleted as advertising. I've arbitrarily added the title of that short-lived article as the title of this query, which didn't have one. —Tamfang (talk) 05:11, 18 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Flag identification

[edit]

I have seen a flag flying today that I don't recognise. It has 5 equal horizontal stripes: one central white stripe, with two red stripes above and below it, and then two blue stripes above and below those. I've checked the World Flag database, as well as Wikipedia and Google, but can't find anything! Any ideas? Snorgle (talk) 14:10, 17 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

It might help if you mentioned where you saw it. On a ship? Outside a building? In what country? {The poster formerly known as 87.81.230.195} 90.211.130.104 (talk) 14:36, 17 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
It's flying over a Welsh Government building in Cardiff. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Snorgle (talkcontribs) 14:48, 17 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Interesting: blue, white, red could be Thailand and red, white, blue Costa Rica or the International Signal flag C/Charlie (or the non-symmetrical Cape Verde or North Korea), but white, red, blue has defeated me so far. {The poster formerly known as 87.81.230.195} 90.211.130.104 (talk) 17:00, 17 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

We have [1] which matches your description, but given as it is stated as 'a dubious flag of the Regency of Algiers 1671-1847',the likelihood of it popping up on the Welsh Government building is slim indeed.... Lemon martini (talk) 17:46, 17 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Who has the Wales national football team been playing? Red/white/blue are the Serbian flag colors, and Wales tied Serbia in Cardiff on Saturday. I can't find the five stripe flag, though. --jpgordon𝄢𝄆 𝄐𝄇 17:57, 17 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
commons:Category:Flags with five horizontal stripes may be a place to start searching. --Jayron32 18:45, 17 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

It seems likely - although the colours are more like dark blue and red, rather than baby blue and pink. I suppose it could be the grey weather, or maybe it's hard to get those colours in a flag! Snorgle (talk) 09:56, 18 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Apparently this thing they have no trouble explaining to kids. Asmrulz (talk) 18:02, 18 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

New logo for Football Club

[edit]

Hi - we are a football club and have a new logo (actually its been around for a few years) which is worn on our club shirt’s, its on our website and in all of our literature. In addition its always used by other clubs in there match day programmes unless they go to Wikipedia and use the old logo. I want to replace the old badge/logo with the new one. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Horndean1887 (talkcontribs) 15:45, 17 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Good luck, but this is not the place to organise that. -- Jack of Oz [pleasantries] 20:26, 17 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Go to the clubs article, select edit, delete the old logo and add the new one. This is something you can do yourself. Wymspen (talk) 20:41, 17 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
I've moved this discussion to the help desk where it's better suited. clpo13(talk) 22:24, 17 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Laptop Battery

[edit]

Toshiba Satellite L850-166

Li-on 10.8v 5200mAh

Model no: PA5024U-1BRS

What is the highest capacity "mAh" available on this "model no" for purchase?

103.230.105.8 (talk) 18:44, 17 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Capacity is limited by its physical size. If you need more running time get an external battery. Google it.--Aspro (talk) 17:58, 18 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Google what? Define. 103.230.104.4 (talk) 18:34, 18 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
