According to the author, it's supposed to embed external images, a la Wikia's {{R}}. Does...absolutely nothing, because that's not possible on WP. (Only legitimate way to accomplish something like that is {{External media}}.) —LucasThoms 18:13, 31 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
