Wonbah is a rural locality in the Bundaberg Region, Queensland, Australia.[2] In the 2021 census, Wonbah had a population of 78 people.[1]
History
[edit]In 1887, 16,500 acres (6,700 ha) of land were resumed from the Wonbah pastoral run. The land was offered for selection for the establishment of small farms on 17 April 1887.[3]
Demographics
[edit]In the 2016 census, Wonbah had a population of 98 people.[4]
In the 2021 census, Wonbah had a population of 78 people.[1]
Education
[edit]There are no schools in Wonbah. The nearest primary school is in Mount Perry. The nearest secondary school is in Gin Gin.[5]
