The username does not violate the username policy - bus companies are not protected under it. It is not an attack username. The name is a critique of the rapidly deteriorating service of NWFB and Citybus in Hong Kong (I am from Hong Kong), and literally translates to "New City service is worse than CMB's", where New City is short for the aforementioned companies and CMB stands for China Motor Bus.
