Ar Ar (Arabic,عرعر) is the name of a Saudi town and Iraqi border-crossing on the Saudi Arabian border. The Iraq border-crossing has barracks for Iraqi border guards, a mosque, and offices for processing border crossers. The border-crossing sees a huge spike in traffic during the Hajj as Iraqis cross into Saudi Arabia to visit Mecca. The nearest town to the Ar Ar border crossing on the Iraq side of the border is An Nukhayb.
