Maple Dale School is a school for grades 3 - 8 in Fox Point, Wisconsin (WI), United States.[1] Maple Dale is a feeder school to Nicolet High School in Glendale, WI. Indian Hills School (Grades K4-1) is the elementary school feeding into Maple Dale.

[edit] Sports
The Maple Dale Dragons compete in many sports around the North Shore area. Sports for boys and girls include basketball, volleyball, tennis, and soccer. Other athletic options are available to younger children through the Nicolet High School Recreation Department.

The regular subjects of Math, Social Studies, Science, Language Arts, and Reading are taught to all students. Most students study Spanish as well. Students then apply their knowledge by taking the Wisconsin Knowledge and Concepts Exams (WKCE). Maple Dale students have scored considerably high over the past years on this exam, most recently with All 8th graders in both the 2004-2005 and 2005-2006 school year, scoring either proficient or advanced in Social Studies. In the fall of 2007, the students in the 7-8 grade KMO (Knowledge Master Open) scored as the 15th school in the whole world. In 2009, the 7-8 grade team scored 1st in state and the 5-6 grade team scored second in state.
[edit] Extra-curricular activities
Along with sports, Maple Dale offers many exra-curricular activities, mainly aimed at their older students. Nationally recognized competitions such as Math Counts and the Knowledge Master Open give students the opportunity to showcase their skills around Wisconsin and around the world. The team finished 1st in Wisconsin and 15th internationally. Recently, Maple Dale's MathCounts team finished 3rd in Milwaukee and finished 11th in the state Tournament in Madison, WI.
Every year, Maple Dale produces a musical. 7th and 8th graders practice and perform many plays under professional direction. Many classics have been performed such as the Wizard of Oz and Fiddler on the Roof. Last year (2010-2011), Maple Dale showed Charles Lutwidge Dodgson's "Alice in Wonderland".

Maple Dale's lunch is catered by Taher Inc. Taher serves a basic $1.90 "A Lunch" that includes a main dish, vegetables, and milk. A la carte options are also presented to older students.

Maple Dale has been honored with many visitors including Donald Driver, Herb Kohl, George W. Bush, and the Milwaukee Bucks' mascot Bango. Also, in early 2011, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel honored the school as the number one top workplace for small workplaces in Southeastern Wisconsin.
