The Roman Catholic Diocese of Gumaca (Lat: Dioecesis Gumacanus) is a Roman Rite diocese of the Latin Church of the Catholic Church in the Philippines.

The diocese was erected in 1984 from the Diocese of Lucena and is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Lipa.

Today the see of Gumaca is vacant since its bishop, the Most Rev. Buenaventura Malayo Famadico D.D, has been moved to the Diocese of San Pablo. The current Administrator is Rev. Msgr. Jose T. Lagdameo, HP, JCL. Its vicar-general and cathedral rector is Very Rev. Msgr. Ordelo Lontoc, PC, STD, VG
