– This article is the only article with the name "Episode 100", for TV episodes called "100" a hatnote can exist on this page, but as they're not called "Episode 100", there is no ambiguity to which topic an article called "Episode 100" would be for. The "disambiguation" page at Episode 100 would be deleted. --Ted Edwards 18:26, 20 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Comment - I don't believe there is any possible ambiguity with any episode called "100", as there disambiguation page Episode 100 has had just 11 views in the past month. Compare that to 2351 views for the AHS episode, 789 views for the 30 Rock episode, 14240 views for the Criminal Minds episode, 1446 views for the Glee episode, 546 views for the FtWD episode, 2536 episodes for the "100 episodes page, and 64328 views for "List of 100 episodes".
Regarding confusion with 100 episodes, that can and should be dealt with a hatnote on each page (not to be confused with...), not a disambiguation page as the page names are different. --Ted Edwards 21:03, 21 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Oppose. Sure a google search of "episode 100" starts with the American Horror Story episode, but after the first few listings the rest of the results are primary a mixture of the 100th episodes of other shows.
