Page title[edit]

I moved the page but accidentally typed two a's (Should be Hadera). For some reason, I cannot move it or revert. Could someone help, thanks!--Geewhiz (talk) 09:20, 28 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I moved the page back. I rather don't think the "common name" is Nahal Hadera. A quick Google search indicates that "Hadera River" is far more common, both on Web and News searches. "Hadera Stream" has some News hits, but very few web hits. Google Books shows rather many hits for "Nahal Hadera", but many of those are related to a specific archaeological site, not the river itself. So I'd say the title should be Hadera River. I haven't implemented that yet since I thought it better to establish a consensus first, but I'll move the article to that title in a few days if there are no objections. Mufjir?[edit]

Mafjar means "where water gushes out", which suits well; mufjir seems to mean "present at daybreak" (see here). Not the ultimate source, but the source for the name we have is also 19th-c. So? Arminden (talk) 14:33, 1 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
