My main area of knowledge is old TV panel shows. My initial project will be They Think It's All Over.
What is below is a test of some table formats.

This is a list of episodes from the satirical sports-based panel game They Think It's All Over.
From series 1 until series 5 the show was chaired by Nick Hancock, with team captains David Gower (and regular panellist Lee Hurst) and Gary Lineker (and regular panellist Rory McGrath) and a guest on each team. For series 6 & 7, Lee Hurst's position was switched with various celebrity guests such as Phill Jupitus & Alan Davies. From series 8 onwards Jonathan Ross replaced Lee Hurst permanently. From series 16 onwards David Gower and Gary Lineker were replaced as team captains by Phil Tufnell & David Seaman. From series 18, Ian Wright replaced David Seaman as captain. For series 19[1], Lee Mack became the new host and Boris Becker replaced Phil Tufnell as team captain, Jonathan Ross was replaced by Sean Lock as the regular panellist on Boris' team for the final two special episodes.
Almost all tied shows and many series ended in a tie-breaker. Such tie-breakers are recorded below.

- ^ The tie-breaker was to guess the number of revolting, depraved and perverted practices that Nick Hancock had personally accused Rory McGrath of committing. The full list was "... 23 acts of perversion with women, 16 acts of perversion with himself, 31 acts of bestiality, including 12 sheep, 5 cows, 4 pigs, 2 horses, 1 rodeo bull, 1 zebra, 1 sealion, 1 Christmas turkey, 1 sexual assault on a football mascot, 2 acts of perversion with inflatable women, and 1 act of indecency with a full ashtray: total 74", and Sharron was closer winning the series.
