Message[edit]

I see that you are new to Wikipedia. Please read up WP:NOT. Wiki is a collaborative but at the same time information must have citations. All edits have been made in accordance to policy. As per WP:NOT, your edits of platform door installation progress are not notable. - Rgds. Planenut(Talk) 14:28, 4 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Do read up WP:NOTGUIDE as well. Most of the information removed are more suited to Wikitravel. - Rgds. Planenut(Talk) 14:32, 4 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I do appreciate your effort to contribute so far but Wikipedia is not just not the right place. All your updates for the platform screen doors violates one of the policies in WP:FIVEPILLARS. Specifically original research or otherwise known as WP:NOR. Unless there is some official document from an attributable third party source (see WP:3PARTY), this information really cannot be posted. It needs to be an independent source - newspaper, magazine, government agency. A forum like sgtrains is not a valid source. Likewise an image is not a source. You may also want to read up WP:NICE. Threats are childish as with snide comments on your pet articles. I hope you understand. - Rgds. Planenut(Talk) 17:10, 6 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Before reverting an entire edit, take note of the changes before doing anything. If you noticed, the platform screen doors section was merged into the history section and not deleted. I will let this pass under WP:AGF but not the next time. - Rgds. Planenut(Talk) 17:56, 6 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I'm not sure if you bother reading your talkpage but the information you are citing does not comply with Wikipedia policies. In this case it surely doesn't, as the unreliable primary source is being copied. Please see WP:OR and WP:V for the policies that have to be followed. I will go ahead and file for mediation since you so very want it. - Rgds. Planenut(Talk) 08:36, 7 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

MRT Article/MRT Station Articles - Incidents & Other Bits N Bobs[edit]

If you wish to take an active role in working on the articles related to Singapore's MRT system please drop by this discussion. Thanks. - Rgds. Planenut(Talk) 05:29, 7 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Unfortunately, a request for tender doesn't mean it is official. Until the contract is awarded, your argument is moot. Assuming that the C151B will be successfully awarded is speculation and in clear violation of wikipedia's policies. - Rgds. Planenut(Talk) 14:33, 2 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
By using Unawarded Tender, it means you are VERY certain that it will be awarded but this is not the case; a tender can be scuttled as well. I can't predict the future and neither you can. What you are doing is considered speculation which violates WP:SPECULATION.- Rgds. Planenut(Talk) 14:39, 2 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for your understanding. Also do remember to sign your comments with ~~~~. Thanks. - Rgds. Planenut(Talk) 14:49, 2 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification[edit]

Hi. In your recent article edits, you've added some links pointing to disambiguation pages. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Hello, I'm Yintan. I noticed that you recently made an edit to Template:Sony Ericsson phones that seemed to be a test. Your test worked! If you want more practice editing, the sandbox is the best place to do so. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Please refrain from making test edits in Wikipedia pages, such as those you made to Template:Sony Ericsson phones with this edit, even if you intend to fix them later. Such edits appear to be vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment again, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Yinta 08:00, 17 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification for September 6[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Sony Xperia Z1, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Bravia (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to North South MRT Line may have broken the syntax by modifying 4 "[]"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

Formal mediation has been requested[edit]

The Mediation Committee has received a request for formal mediation of the dispute relating to "en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lee Kuan Yew". As an editor concerned in this dispute, you are invited to participate in the mediation. Mediation is a voluntary process which resolves a dispute over article content by facilitation, consensus-building, and compromise among the involved editors. After reviewing the request page, the formal mediation policy, and the guide to formal mediation, please indicate in the "party agreement" section whether you agree to participate. Because requests must be responded to by the Mediation Committee within seven days, please respond to the request by 2 April 2015.

Discussion relating to the mediation request is welcome at the case talk page. Thank you.

Request for mediation rejected[edit]

The request for formal mediation concerning Lee Kuan Yew, to which you were listed as a party, has been declined. To read an explanation by the Mediation Committee for the rejection of this request, see the mediation request page, which will be deleted by an administrator after a reasonable time. Please direct questions relating to this request to the Chairman of the Committee, or to the mailing list. For more information on forms of dispute resolution, other than formal mediation, that are available, see Wikipedia:Dispute resolution.

Information icon Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button ( or ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
