Speedy deletion nomination of Chic Spy Day

(talk): I am confused why the Chic Spy Day observance day was removed. I have looked at other listed observance day and some have less documentation than I did and they were not removed. Is there some kind of bias happening on what is allowed to be posted regarding observance days? (talk)
