@LeoFrank-- I wonder how a clear-cut court statement can be treated as WP:SYNTH. How do you determine notability? Just because it doesn't put the airline in a very bright light means it lacks notability? How come strike by pilots leading to the airline losing millions is not notable given that the national carrier is perennially sick? You removed the mascot section. I can agree on the puffery part, but how do you support your decision to remove an identity of an airline? I do not want an edit war, but I simply fail to understand your criteria for deletion.
